I love green smoothies in the morning to ensure I get 2 servings of greens & fruits first thing! Use a strong blender. You can also, meal prep by placing all ingredients in a zip lock bag and freezing.

1 - 1 1/2 cup water or nut mylk
2 handfuls of spinach/kale mix
1 cup blueberries
1 banana
1 handful parsley
Apple Pear
